Coffee Break/Lunch Break
The time schedule of the show allocates generally one coffee break in the morning, one lunch break and one coffee break in the afternoon. During this break you can use the opportunity to get in contact with the visitors and delegates of the show. Notice: All exhibitors will get the opportunity to have their lunch a quarter before the official lunch break for the delegates start.

SIGS DATACOM offers exhibitors the opportunity to provide conference visitors with additional catering services for marketing purpose only – against payment (price on application).

Catering for Exhibitors
Each exhibiting company will receive free of charge at least one conference ticket. This (marked) pass entitles the holder to attend the conference and includes coffee and lunch breaks.
Furthermore each exhibiting company will receive free of charge four exhibitor passes allowing free access to the exhibition during show hours, and keynotes, welcome reception, vendor tracks as well as set-up and dismantling times. Please notice: Catering is not included in these passes.
SIGS DATACOM offers holders of the exhibition passes the opportunity to buy special lunch vouchers. The pricing for one lunch voucher is 21,50 € excl. VAT p.p./p.d. Please order your lunch voucher no later than 05.01.2010!!

Coffee and snacks will be served against payment at the ICM-Bistro in the exhibition area near the main lifts. Furthermore you’ll find water dispensers in the exhibition area and the 1st floor, where you can help yourself of mineral water.
