Delivery of goods to your booth

Delivery of goods in advance
If you want to ship your booth materials to the ICM in advance, you‘ll have to get in contact with Schenker. Please notice, that all these materials only can be stored via Schenker.

Empties
Storage of empties is only possible in coordination with the shipping company Schenke.

Deliveries with your own vans
Please use Gate 21 of the Messe Munich to approach to the Northern Entrance of the ICM (in-between Auditorium and Catering).

Delivery of inserts in delegate bag (if booked)
Please ship 1.200 items no later than 15.01.2010 to

PLEASE NOTICE: Exhibitors will have to indicate on their boxes the following: Name and date of the conference Name of the Exhibitor’s company Boxes which are not indicated cannot picked up and your company flyer will not  inserted in the delegate bags.
