Setup Dates
Sunday, 24.01.2010, 08.00-22.00 h
Monday, 25.01.2010, 08.00-20.00 h

Furnishing of stands must be finished by Tuesday, 26.01.2010, 09.00 am.

Dismantling dates
Thursday, 28.01.2010, from 18.30 h (earlier begin is not possible!)
Removal of exhibits and dismantling must be finished by Friday, 29.01.2010, 06.00 am. In case of delays caused by exhibitors or their contractors the organizer reserves the right to claim for compensation.

Maximum Stand Heights
Due to ICM‘s architecture the ceiling height varies according to the location of your booth. Please observe the maximum construction heights determined in your stand confirmation.

Carpeting
Exhibitors building their own booth are obliged to lay carpet or equivalent flooring before commencing stand set-up.

Electrical Installations
Booths with own stand construction will be equipped with a Main AC Current Power Supply – against payment. Energy costs are invoiced according to the actual consumption.
Please order electrical installations with the special forms in the file Exhibitor Information ICM and send them to SIGS DATACOM, Martina Feige no later than 11.12.2009

Additional Furniture
Please use the order form in the file Exhibitor Information ICM and send it directly to the ICM.  Please note the Deadline 11.12.2009.

Stand Cleaning
Booth with own stand construction kindly use the order form from in the file Exhibitor Information ICM and send it directly to the ICM. Deadline 11.12.2009
