Information for Exhibitors with Turnkey Stands

Move-in dates
Monday, 25.01.2010, 16.00-20.00 h (Move in at an earlier date on Monday may be possible, please contact  SIGS DATACOM or Plan 3.)
Equipping of stands must be finished by Tuesday, 26.01.2010, 09.00 am.

Dismantling dates
Thursday, 28.01.2010, from 18.30 h (earlier begin is not possible!)
Removal of exhibits and dismantling must be finished by Friday, 29.01.2010, 06.00 am. In case of delays caused by exhibitors or their contractors the organizer reserves the right to claim for compensation.

Equipment of stands and additional equipment
Please find the individual equipment of your turn key stand listed in the pdf Equipment of Turnkey Stands. Additional equipment like furniture, electrical appliances etc. can be ordered by means of the order form Additional Booth equipment.

Orders should be mailed or faxed to the contracted stand builder PLAN 3 GmbH no later than 04.12.2009. Contractor‘s terms apply.

Equipment of turn-key stands
All turn-key stands are carpeted. Furthermore each booth will be equipped with the company name on the fascia board and an individual booth no. Walls and furniture of rented turn-key stands may not be damaged by nails or similar devices. Posters, pictures etc. may be fixed with self-adhesive tape (to be removed after the show) or nylon cord. Our stand builder would be happy to assist you regarding your booth equipment. Please feel free to forward your drafts in order to discuss them.

Stand cleaning
Daily cleaning of all carpeted floors (aisles & booths) for turn-key stands will be taken care of by the organizer. This does not include cleaning of non-carpet booth floors, exhibits and stand materials.
