Please order telecommunication lines and –equipment (phone, fax, modem interface, EURO-ISDN, wide-band, etc.) with the special ICM order forms in the file Exhibitor Information ICM and send them to SIGS DATACOM GmbH, Martina Feige. Please note the deadline 11.12.2009.

Security
The organizer will take care of the general security of the exhibition hall. Guarding and securing of exhibits and stand equipment, however, lies with the exhibitor and is recommended to watch over particularly during the night. Please use the special order form in the file Exhibitor Information ICM to hire security personnel to guard your booth during off-show hours. Please note the deadline 11.12.2009

Waste
Please note that exhibitors and their contractors are responsible to clear and dispose of their own waste before, during and after the show. Kindly use the order form „Waste disposal“ in the file Exhibitor Information ICM and send it directly to the ICM. Please note the deadline 11.12.2009
