Liability of organizer
The organizer, the contracted stand building company (PLAN 3 GmbH) and the ICM INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS CENTRE MUNICH are exempt from any liability in respect to goods, exhibits and equipment brought in by exhibitors. Each exhibitor is liable for any damage caused by himself or directly contracted companies/persons to rented stands and rooms or furnishings of the ICM INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS CENTRE MUNICH.
Advertising and Direct Sales
Set-up of display presenters as well as bill posting outside booked exhibition spaces is prohibited. Special arrangements must have written approval of the organizer. Direct sale of goods is not permitted.
Domestic Authority, Laws and Regulations
The domestic authority lies with the ICM INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS CENTRE MUNICH. Exhibiting companies and their contractors are subject to all rules and regulations made in the interest of the exhibition, as well as to all government and administrative laws and regulations. For any exhibits or equipment requiring official authorization, please contact the organizer.
General Technical Advice
Walls and Pillars of the ICM INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS CENTRE MUNICH are not allowed to be painted or wall-papered, nor may items be hung from or glued to. It is strictly prohibited to use self-adhesive tape on the floor! Equipment of stands has to be made in such a way that building, fire and other public safety regulations are observed. Decoration materials and stand-wall coverings must be heavily inflammable. Fire alarms, hydrants and fire-fighting appliances and their corresponding notices may not be removed, covered, blocked or narrowed in any way. Bill-posting is also not allowed on outside building walls.
Damages to floors, walls and ceilings as well as any other parts of the building are not permitted. Constructional changes and additions require the written approval of the ICM INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS CENTRE MUNICH. Any costs in this context are to be born by the exhibitor, who will also be responsible for the restoration to their original state. Restoration work may only be carried out by contractors commissioned by the ICM INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS CENTRE MUNICH.
The organizer reserves the right to request changes in or removal of unsuitable, inconvenient or dangerous exhibits or equipment.
