Insurance
Insurance of all exhibits and stand equipment is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor. During the rental period exhibitors are also responsible for the rented stand material and should, therefore, consider an insurance value of 350 € per m² plus VAT. Please contact your insurance company.

Parking
The Munich Trade Fair Centre has ample parking for exhibitors and visitors.

The parking areas at the outdoor exhibition sites and the Car Park West open two hours before the beginning of the show and close two hours after the end of the show. Fee for single entry/day
