Detailinformationen

Join the exciting New Wave that is growing Agile from the software department to the whole company!! It’s like learning a new dance! Be the first to learn the new dance and take it back to your company.

Doing Agile (the mechanics) is different from being Agile (the mindset). The mindset lets you apply flexible Agile patterns not only for software development teams but for the whole company. In this workshop, we will examine what being Agile really means and how it can be implemented by combining principles from different "streams" like the Agile Manifesto, Sociocracy, Beyond Budgeting, and Open Space. We'll use individual reflections, small group activities, simulations, and inquiries in order to draw on everyone’s experiences and coming up with a path that enables the transformation to the agile enterprises. This path will be independent of the individual position in the company - so from Board to janitor, offering concrete tools and methods that participants can apply right away. Activities in the workshop will include practicing meeting basics such as rounds, proposal shaping, consent elections. You will be invited to deliberate and develop of ideas in pairs and triples, have workbooks for later reference, and leave the session with your own plan for post-workshop action - written by you with support from a partner or two.

Jutta and John have nearly completed co-writing: Company-wide Agility. A new wave of change with: Beyond Budgeting, Open Space, Sociocracy, and Agile (BOSSA Nova!!). This is the first time Jutta and John are presenting this brand new work in Europe!
